![]() If I select System Restore, apparently there is none to be found, (or maybe Norton Security has one?). If I select Troubleshoot -> Advanced Options -> Startup Repair, I end up in a loop. Upon running the "Registry Cleanup", the machine went for a reboot, then failed to start, displaying "STOP CODE: CRITICAL PROCESS DIED", then it gives the option to reboot, & on reboot, Windows 10 displays "Preparing Automatic Repair" then "Diagnosing PC", then Automatic Repair gives the "Advanced option" to try & select a repair method.
